Shipping

Shipping usually takes 1-2 days within South Australia and 4-7 business days Australia wide, once your order has been processed. International shipping can take 7-21 business days, depending on location and the local postage service.

Typically your order is processed within 36 hours and picked up by one of our Delivery Partners for processing. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to see the status of your order.

Make sure to check all of your inbox folders including junk and spam folders if you can’t find the email, before contacting us. Remember it will take us about 24 hours to process your order and generate the tracking number.

COVID-19

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we are seeing some delays to delivery that are outside of our control. We thank you for your patience, as we are seeing delays of two weeks in some cases, depending on your location

WARRANTY

Every TL timepiece includes 24 month’s warranty from the day your package arrives. See our Warranty page for more information.

PAYMENT

Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Use Zip to own it now and pay later. Available on orders up to $1000 online only. Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $7.95 applies. To be eligible to apply for a Zip Pay account, you need to:

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Facebook or PayPal account, in your own name
  • Have a valid debit card, in your own name
  • Have not declared bankruptcy or insolvency

Afterpay is available for online orders of up to $2000.
Browse our store and add items to your cart. When checking out, select Afterpay from the available payment methods. You will be directed to Afterpay’s website.

If you are using Afterpay for the first time, you will need to register and provide your payment details to complete the transaction. If you have used Afterpay before, you can simply login and pay for your order.

Late fees may apply if payments are not made on time.

  • Live in Australia
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Have an Australian debit or credit card
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number

There may be a few reasons why your card has declined:

  • You may have insufficient funds.
  • Your card billing details may not have been entered correctly at checkout or your card has expired.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment and they don’t tell us why so, we would recommend getting in touch with them for further information.

WATCH CARE

Simply pop the dial on the side of your timepiece out by a mm and twist until the hands are showing the correct time, then push the dial back in to set the movement going again.
All of our timepieces are tested to be water resistant to 3ATM, however we do recommend avoiding immersion in water or you could cause irreparable damage that is not covered by warranty.
We recommend carefully wiping over your timepiece with a clean damp cloth to remove any dirt or grime. We do not recommend using any cleaning products as they may damage or stain the product.

We sure do! Due to the nature of genuine leather, it does soften over time, and care should be taken to avoid transference of colour from typical materials such as denim.

Sure can! Each strap is held in by a spring loaded pin, so you are able to remove and replace the strap.

If you find the strap has come off, you can easily push down on the pin with your fingernail and pop it back into the frame.

Returns and Warranty

You may return your timepiece, but please be aware that any returns due to change of mind incur a 20% restocking fee. Refer to the Returns page for more detail.
All of our timepieces are covered by a 12 month warranty from the original purchase date. For watches; the case and movement will be covered under warranty. Damages not covered under warranty are those caused by general wear and tear including glass damage, water damage, strap damage, batteries and theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please hold on to your order confirmation email. For further information see our Warranty page.
