RETURNS

All of our products have full specifications and measurements provided for your reference and we take pride in our high level of quality across our timepieces. Please take care to check sizing prior to purchase, referring to sizing dimensions on the product page.

Should you wish to return your timepiece, please contact us by filling out the form on our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery of product. Note that your item/s must be in original condition, with all packaging and protective stickers intact and undamaged. Include your name, order number and your reason for return.

We will assess your return and provide you with a Shipping label to use for your return. Please do not return your item without first contacting us, as your return may not otherwise be processed.

Faulty items returned within Australia will be sent an pre-paid return shipping label. If located outside of Australia we recommend using a reputable postage service with tracking as Thorne Linn is not liable for any lost returned items.

Once the item is received we will contact you to advise the status of your return.

Unfortunately, any and all sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

WARRANTY

All of our Thorne Linn timepieces come with a 24 month warranty, valid from the original purchase date.

Whilst our timepieces are water resistant to 3ATM, they are by no means waterproof and any water damage will result in void of warranty. Please take care not to allow your timepiece to be submerged in water.

Your timepiece has been designed to be long lasting, but it may show signs of wear over time and use. The case and movement will be covered under warranty. General wear and tear, strap wear due to use, glass damage, water damage, battery change and theft are not covered under warranty.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please hold on to your order confirmation email. To file a warranty claim, please fill out the form on our Contact Page. Make sure to include proof of purchase, your name, order number, detail of the issue and photos.

If your claim is due to damage in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
