Orders are usually processed within 12-24 hours of receipt of order. Please note during peak sale periods orders may be take a little bit longer to process.
All orders are picked in and packed in our own Adelaide studio, and not in a third party warehouse, so we are able to monitor that Covid-19 safe protocols are being managed, such as hand sanitiser at the packing station.
Please note – we do not delivery to PO Boxes, please provide a Residential or Business Address.

Duties & Taxes
Duties and Taxes such as GST are included in all Australian orders. Other duties and taxes in other countries are out of our control and subject to local rules. Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

During peak holiday shopping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, shipping periods may extend due to increased demand. Take care to place any orders ahead of time to avoid the impact of potential delays.
South Australia – Delivery usually takes 1-2 days once the order has been processed.
Australia Wide – Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days once your order is processed.
If you’re not home when our courier arrives, your package will be left in a safe location where available.
New Zealand – 10-16 business days
